Current release: interactive previewBopnest has a separate workspace preview at app.bopnest.com. Auth0 sign-in and real publishing have not yet been activated or validated for public use. This notice covers the website and legacy browser demo only; it is not a complete privacy or terms notice for a live, authenticated service. The operator must provide verified legal and privacy contact details before launch.

1. Scope and current service

This Privacy Policy explains the information used by the Bopnest website at www.bopnest.com and its legacy browser-only interactive preview. The separately hosted Bopnest workspace currently presents a preview interface. “Bopnest,” “we,” and “our” refer to this website and preview. This notice describes website and legacy demo operations; it is not a production notice for an authenticated application.

The legacy demo on this website is browser-based. Account connections, sign-in, post metrics and publishing results are simulated. Separate application and backend code exists for Auth0 sign-in, social authorization and publishing, but the live service has not yet been configured or verified for public operation.

This notice is information about data handling; reading it does not constitute consent to unrelated processing. A verified legal operator and direct privacy-contact address have not yet been published. Those details and the practices of any live service must be disclosed before real accounts or platform integrations are enabled.

2. Information used by the preview

Local workspace data

The demo may save the display name and email address you enter, workspace information, simulated social connections, captions, draft records, post settings and simulated publishing history in your browser’s local storage. Example profiles and sample content are included to demonstrate the interface.

Sign-in fields

The sign-in form is a demonstration, not a secure authentication service. Its password field is used for local form validation. The current app does not persist or transmit that password. Do not enter a real password or reuse credentials from another service.

Selected media

Images or videos selected from your device are used locally for the current preview. They are not uploaded to a Bopnest media server by the demo. Selected file contents are not retained in the saved workspace; sample thumbnails may be used when you revisit a draft or simulated post.

Website requests

Opening the website sends ordinary HTTP requests to its hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser or device information and security-related request metadata. This is distinct from the locally stored demo workspace.

3. Why information is used

  • To display the requested website and product-preview screens.
  • To preserve your local demo workspace between visits in the same browser.
  • To demonstrate editing, review, connection management and post-history workflows.
  • To remember the homepage’s animation preference.
  • To deliver site files, protect hosting infrastructure and diagnose access problems.

The preview code does not send your demo captions, selected files or local workspace to an advertising partner, sell that workspace data, or use it to train an AI model. There is no advertising or AI processing integration in the current app.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The current site uses local storage for functional preferences and demo state. Local storage is not a cookie: it remains in the browser and is not automatically sent with every HTTP request.

Storage itemPurposeHow to remove it
bopnest-mvp-demo-v1Demo profile, workspace, simulated connections and post records.Clear site data or use the deletion control on our Data deletion page.
bopnest-motionRemember whether homepage motion is paused.Clear site data or use the deletion control.

The website and its legacy preview do not include an advertising tracker or a non-essential analytics script. Hosting or security infrastructure may use its own operational mechanisms; this notice does not claim that every infrastructure request is cookie-free.

Local data is specific to your browser, device and website origin. Data at www.bopnest.com, bopnest.com, a Vercel preview URL and localhost is not a single shared store.

5. Hosting and third-party disclosures

Bopnest is hosted on Vercel. Vercel receives the requests needed to deliver and protect the website. Its infrastructure processing is described in Vercel’s Privacy Policy.

Fonts and the homepage’s image assets are served from the Bopnest deployment. The current pages do not need to send a font request to Google Fonts or an image request to Unsplash to display those assets.

Simulated “connected” accounts do not cause data to be sent to TikTok, Meta, YouTube or another platform. No payment processor, background publishing service or transactional-email service is integrated into the current preview.

When you follow an external link, the destination controls its own collection and use of information under its own policies.

6. Social platforms, Google and YouTube

The interface illustrates possible social-publishing workflows. It does not currently request platform permissions, obtain OAuth tokens, publish content, retrieve real post analytics or access private platform-account information.

If a live YouTube integration is introduced, its use will also be subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and relevant developer requirements. Google’s handling of its services is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke permissions you have actually granted to applications in your Google Account permissions.

These links are provided for transparency; they do not imply that this preview has accessed your Google or YouTube data. Disconnecting a simulated account does not revoke an authorization you granted to some other application.

7. AI assistants and API access

The Bopnest backend includes API-key and webhook management capabilities, but this legacy browser demo does not call them, and they are not yet activated as a public service. The demo does not receive conversations from ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant. A future integration would require its own documented data flow, permissions, retention and provider disclosures before use.

8. Retention

Your demo workspace remains in local storage until it is replaced, removed through the browser, cleared using our deletion control, or evicted by the browser. Signing out alone does not delete the workspace.

The in-app Reset demo data action replaces the existing workspace with default sample state. It is not the same as removing all site storage. For complete removal of the two Bopnest storage items, follow Data deletion.

Selected media objects are temporary to the current browsing session and are not uploaded by this app. Hosting request records follow the hosting provider’s operational practices and applicable obligations. We have not published a fixed retention period for those records, and do not promise that clearing your browser deletes infrastructure logs.

9. Access, correction and deletion

You can inspect or correct locally stored demo information through the preview’s profile, workspace and post screens. You can remove that information directly from your browser without sending a deletion request to a server.

  • Use Data deletion to remove this origin’s Bopnest demo and motion-preference storage.
  • Use browser site-data settings to remove any other storage for this origin.
  • Repeat the process on other devices, browsers or origins where you used the demo.
  • Review real authorizations separately in the relevant social platform’s settings.

Depending on your location and the processing concerned, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or receive personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Nothing here removes those rights. The contact limitation in section 14 should be considered before entering identifiable information.

10. Security and precautions

The deployed website is delivered over HTTPS. Browser local storage is not an encrypted credential vault and can be accessed by scripts operating on the same origin or by someone with access to your browser profile. We do not claim audited security, encryption at rest for demo records or a guaranteed level of protection.

Use sample or non-sensitive information. Do not enter credentials, access tokens, payment details, confidential client material, sensitive personal information or content you cannot lawfully use. No internet service or local browser store is completely secure.

11. International access

The website may be accessed internationally and uses cloud hosting infrastructure. Technical requests may be processed in locations different from where you are located. Local demo workspace data remains in your browser unless another feature of your browser or device exports or synchronizes it; Bopnest does not operate a demo-workspace synchronization service.

This notice does not claim a specific international-transfer certification or contractual mechanism that has not been established for a live Bopnest service.

12. Children

This product preview is intended for adults, not children. Do not enter information about children. The current release does not provide an age-verification or parental-consent system. If child-related information has been entered into a local workspace, remove it using the deletion instructions.

13. Changes to this policy

The date at the top identifies this version. We will update this notice when the deployed data practices change. The current preview does not operate an email-notification system, so check this page for updates. Adding live accounts, payments, OAuth, analytics or AI integrations requires an updated notice and any notices, permissions or consent required by law.

14. Operator and privacy inquiries

No verified business identity or direct privacy-support mailbox has yet been supplied for publication on this preview. We do not invent an email address, postal address or response deadline. If you received this preview directly, use that existing communication channel to raise a concern with its operator. Do not send sensitive information through a channel you cannot verify.

You can remove locally stored demo data now using Data deletion. Requests concerning hosting infrastructure may also need the hosting provider’s process. This preview-specific notice must not be treated as a completed production privacy notice for an unidentified commercial operator.
