Current release: interactive previewBopnest has a separate workspace preview at app.bopnest.com. Auth0 sign-in and real publishing have not yet been activated or validated for public use. This notice covers the website and legacy browser demo only; it is not a complete privacy or terms notice for a live, authenticated service. The operator must provide verified legal and privacy contact details before launch.

1. Scope of these terms

These Terms of Service describe the permitted use of the Bopnest website at www.bopnest.com and its browser-based product preview. They apply to the website and legacy browser preview only, not an activated authenticated service. “Bopnest,” “we,” and “our” refer to this website and preview, not an identified corporate entity that has not been supplied for publication.

By choosing to use the preview, you agree to use it within the limits described here. If you do not agree, do not use it. These terms do not remove non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

2. What the current service provides

Bopnest illustrates a workflow for organizing channels, creating posts, reviewing settings and tracking publishing activity. The website includes a legacy frontend demonstration. A separate workspace is deployed but its real publishing services have not yet been configured and accepted for public operation.

  • Sign-in and account creation are simulated locally.
  • Social connections, permissions and publishing states are examples.
  • Pressing a publish control does not send a post to a real platform.
  • Metrics and sample accounts are not evidence of actual business performance.
  • An API and publishing workflow exist in the backend code, but are not yet a publicly validated and available service; there is no paid subscription or guaranteed delivery service.

Do not rely on the preview for time-sensitive campaigns, production publishing, account security, analytics reporting or preservation of important work.

3. Eligibility and account fields

The preview is intended for adults who can lawfully use the website in their location. You must have permission to use any material you enter and, if evaluating it for an organization, permission to act for that organization.

The demo login is not a real authentication boundary. Do not use a real password, give the demo access tokens, or assume that sample “connected” accounts represent an authorization from a platform. You are responsible for access to your device and browser profile.

4. Your content and limited permission

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You are responsible for the captions, files and other material you select, including required permissions, copyright, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy rights.

You permit the preview to perform the local processing necessary to display, edit and retain your demo records in your browser. This permission does not transfer ownership, grant a right to sell your content, or authorize an actual social-platform upload. If live publishing is introduced, the scope of authorized processing and platform delivery must be separately disclosed.

Sample content, screenshots and illustrative account information are demonstration material. Do not present them as actual endorsements, customers, outcomes or your own work.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the preview to:

  • Enter or distribute unlawful material or material that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Impersonate someone, make deceptive claims or misrepresent a simulated post as a real one.
  • Upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website or its hosting infrastructure.
  • Collect other people’s personal information without authority.
  • Enter secrets, real platform credentials, payment-card information or sensitive information unsuitable for a public product demonstration.
  • Use the interface to evade a third-party platform’s terms, safeguards or permissions.

6. Third-party platforms and links

Platform names and icons identify possible workflow examples. Bopnest is not represented as endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube or another platform. Feature availability in a future service depends on its actual platform approvals and restrictions.

If you use a live integration with YouTube in a future release, you will also be subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable API terms. The current preview does not call YouTube API Services.

External websites have their own policies and terms. We do not control their availability, security or content. Any existing permissions you granted to another app must be managed with that app or the platform itself.

7. Privacy and local records

Our Privacy Policy describes local storage, technical website requests, hosting and current data controls. It forms part of the information relevant to using the preview.

Records are not synchronized between devices and are not a server-side backup. Sign-out does not necessarily delete them. The in-app reset replaces records with default samples; the Data deletion page explains how to remove local Bopnest storage.

You are responsible for retaining an independent copy of any work you need. Browser settings, private mode, site-data clearing or a future update may remove or reset local information.

8. Fees, subscriptions and refunds

The current preview does not charge a fee, process a payment, require a credit card or create a paid subscription. Accordingly, no paid-package refund period, renewal schedule, cancellation charge or commercial service entitlement is created by these terms.

Before a paid service is offered, its operator, price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund rules must be shown separately before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

9. Website materials

The Bopnest interface, brand presentation and original website materials remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights. You may view and interact with the preview for its intended purpose. These terms do not grant ownership of the brand or a right to redistribute third-party materials beyond their applicable licenses.

Open-source components and licensed fonts or images remain governed by their own licenses. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

10. Availability and changes

The preview may be changed, reset, limited or removed. Hosting failures, browser restrictions, maintenance and design changes may affect access. No uptime, support response time, publishing deadline, media retention or particular future feature is promised.

We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens other users or infrastructure, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the preview at any time and clear its local data.

11. Preview limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a promise that it is complete, error-free, fit for production use, or capable of connecting or publishing to a real social account.

Illustrations, sample statuses and example workflows are not advice or a guarantee of results. No disclaimer here excludes a warranty, remedy or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Responsibility and liability

Do not use this demonstration as your only record of content or as a production business system. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for losses caused by relying on simulated publishing, sample analytics, unavailable future features or the deletion of browser-only records.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No arbitrary monetary liability cap is introduced for this no-fee preview.

13. Applicable rights and disputes

A specific governing-law jurisdiction, court or arbitration agreement has not been selected or published for this preview.

Applicable law determines your rights and any dispute concerning this release. Nothing here takes away mandatory consumer protections or access to a competent authority where the law provides it. Identified operator details and commercial dispute terms must be provided before a paid or live service is launched.

14. Updates to these terms

The “Last updated” date identifies this version. Changes will be published on this page. The preview has no operational email-notification service. Material changes accompanying a live or paid service must be communicated, and any acceptance required by law obtained, before those new arrangements apply.

15. Questions and operator information

No verified support email, legal entity or postal address has yet been supplied for publication. If the operator provided this preview to you directly, use that established communication channel for questions. Do not use an invented address or send confidential material to an unverified recipient.

These terms are limited to the current preview. They are not a substitute for identified business terms, legal review and operational policies required for a commercial social-publishing service.
